Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders and during peak seasons. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your Garden Delights purchase. If you’re not satisfied, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to request a return or exchange.

Important Exception: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Hot Tubs and Mains Operated Lights unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must be in original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging intact)
  • Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
  • Item must not be on our non-returnable list (see above)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Reason for return/exchange
  • For exchanges, specify preferred replacement item

Our Denver-based team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Our warehouse return address (Denver, CO)
  • Special instructions for large items like garden furniture or sculptures

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

  • Securely package item in original packaging with all accessories
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless item was damaged/defective

Step 4: Processing Your Return

  • Inspection within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Refund processed or exchange shipped for approved returns
  • Email confirmation sent upon completion

Refund Information

  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timing: 5-10 business days after processing (depends on financial institution)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
  • Restocking Fee: 15% for opened furniture sets or large items requiring special handling

Exchange Policy

  • New item shipped after return is received
  • Price differences charged/refunded as needed
  • Standard shipping rates apply for new item
  • We cover exchange shipping for damaged/defective items

Damaged or Defective Items
