Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Hot Tubs and Mains Operated Lights unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other products in our collection are eligible for returns within 15 days of receipt.

Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping address (our warehouse in Denver, CO)
  • Special instructions for large items like garden furniture or sculptures

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • Item is securely packaged in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and parts
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days
  • For approved returns, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange
