Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Hot Tubs and Mains Operated Lights unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other products in our collection are eligible for returns within 15 days of receipt.

- Item must be in its original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging intact)
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- Item must not be on our non-returnable list (see above)

- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping address (our warehouse in Denver, CO)

- Item is securely packaged in its original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and parts
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return:
- We’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- For approved returns, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange
- You’ll receive email confirmation when complete
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after we process your return (processing time depends on your financial institution)
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
- Restocking Fee: 15% for opened furniture sets or large items that require special handling
Exchange Policy
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- Standard shipping rates apply for the new item
